Magic : Life


Light and gently opalescent, the cover has a soft, pleasant texture. There is a quiet serenity surrounding this book. The exquisite craftsmanship shows a deep love and devotion for the sacred. To be alive is a blessing.

An adept of Life magic is called an animancer.
Life Magic is peculiar in that it generally cannot cause any damage, but it does deal Holy damage to Unholy creatures only. It may inflict the Blindness debuff.


BASIC SPELLS

Heal
Restore 1D4 HP to one ally. Deal the same amount as Holy damage to an Unholy creature.

Restore

Cleanse
Remove Curse.

Purify
Remove Toxin and Disease.

Clarion
Awaken sleeping allies.

Sanctify

Bless
Priority cast. Give one ally 2 actions for one turn. Can only be cast once per combat.

Prayer

Light
Illuminate the area for 20m around you.

Blind
Shine a bright light towards a sighted enemy. Target must perform a DEX saving throw or they will be blinded and have 80% chance to miss their attack for 5 turns.

Fortitude

ULTIMATE SPELLS

Resurrection
Bring a target back to life with 50% HP, MP, and STAM. Can only be cast once per long rest. Anyone brought back has a 3 turns grace period where they cannot be killed by an enemy again. They will, however, still die from fall damage or stepping into hazardous terrain such as lava or acid.

Timestop
Stop time for 5 turns. Enemies cannot act for the entire duration. This can be used to gain advantage in battle or to have some respite in order to patch up or even flee.

Chronomelt
Rapidly age your target, reducing all their stats by -3 every turn until death.

ULTIMATE PASSIVE SKILLS

Exorcist
Gain +5 additional dmg against all Unholy creatures. This effect has a 20% chance to crit.

Holy Aura
Your peaceful presence is invigorating. You are so attuned to Life magic, you radiate energy. You and your nearby allies recover 2HP every turn. Your allies must be at least within 40m of you to benefit from the boon.
